Autumn Skye was founded to bring better technology and a calmer client experience to a part of real estate that often feels opaque.
An escrow holder doesn't represent the buyer or the seller. We represent the transaction closing correctly. That means we hold the deposit, collect and check the paperwork, follow the instructions both sides agreed to, and release funds only when the conditions are met. When the file is ready, we close it and disburse.
It's a job that rewards care and steadiness, and our officers bring over a combined century of real estate experience to it. We put that experience toward one thing: getting your file to the closing table without surprises.
We're licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection & Innovation, license #96DBO-166617, and we serve buyers, sellers, and agents across Chino and the Inland Empire, with bilingual officers for Spanish-speaking clients.

How we work a file
Four steps, start to close.
Every file moves through the same path. You'll always know which step you're on.
Open
We receive the purchase agreement, open the file, and collect the opening deposit into our trust account.
Communicate
We send instructions to both sides, confirm who needs to do what, and stay in touch with the agents and lender as things come in.
Coordinate
We gather signatures, order the title and loan documents, and track the contingencies until every condition is met.
Close
We confirm the funds, record the transaction, and disburse. The file is done and the keys change hands.
